What is warm edge technology and what is the super performance on energy-saving than metal spacer (aluminum spacer）?

Different from traditional metal edge, the spacer is without metal, we call it warm edge. Well, when we choose insulated glass units, coefficient of heat transfer and glass durability become main factors to be considered.

Super spacer has really super performance on both factors. Super Spacer is a true dual seal warm edge spacer system that uses a high-performance acrylic adhesive for its structural seal, backed by a moisture vapor seal. Heat conduction value of Super spacer in only 0.168W/m2·K, which is 1/950 of aluminum spacer, 1/85 of stainless steel spacer.  The K value of super spacer insulated glass unit can be reduced 0.6-0.8W/m2·K than that of aluminum spacer type insulated glass panels.

So for construction, in winter, it can keep your home warm and in summer, keep your home cool. For refrigeration cabinets, it can block the outside hot air in and keep the cold air inside of the cabinets to get excellent energy-saving purpose.
